Established in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1958, Arkansas Transit Homes Inc. is owned and operated by the Chandler family. A strong sense of pride and accomplishment has existed to the present time. Although much has changed in our industry over the years, we have made every effort to keep pace with these changes.

At Arkansas Transit Homes Inc., we are excited that we are involved with an industry that supplies the people of our nation with clean, affordable and adequate housing. Members of our staff serve on Industry Association Boards and other organizations that support manufactured housing. We strive to be prepared to improve service to our customers whether it is the federal government, manufacturers, dealers, or the general public.
